Being included in this retreat brought me full circle in a process I have been caught in for the last year. It helped me to heal and let go of a lot of the pain I was feeling around my wounds of feeling scapegoated, rejected and excluded. What was most helpful in the healing was the acceptance I felt around being there, and all the space that was provided for being, and all the permission that was given for not needing to do or show up in any way. We were repeatedly given permission skip out on activities if we were needing time to rest.

Feeling connected and trusting people that I just met, was an amazing experience. The sense of belonging and not being judged, but being supported by kind and loving women! Very powerful, as powerful as it gets in 47 years in terms of collective emotional experience.

I had a precious opportunity to explore movement practices, meditation practices, and teachings that explore and illuminate the sacredness of our embodied human experience, that I was able to reconnect with a deeper part of me that in many ways I feel I didn’t know how to make room for in the face of marriage, career and motherhood.

My barriers, busy(ness), & self imposed bounds dissipated into pure openness & potent potentials. While exploring shadows, singing, moving my body, inviting the world in through prayer, & interacting with women I found self awareness & clarity. This space offered me a way to listen to the subtle messages that are often missed within a busy life. It unearthed my deeper desires & left me feeling like fertile ground ready to sow my subconscious seeds.

A chance to step out of my busy, modern lives into a timeless world overflowing with beauty, abundance, space that automatically bestows the healing needed. The retreat re-awakened my need for nature and space as well as my need for energetic autonomy.

It was time away from my internal storm. Not your conventional retreat, guided by a healer and a teacher. Every woman deserves a weekend to reset and surrender. A time to step back from our daily duties and learn the skills to manage our busy lives.

I have known Ashley for many years. She is an incredibly skilled facilitator and healer. Ashley holds every container she creates with so much magic, depth, and love. She is an amazing conduit of transformation and connectivity!
When I had my wedding ceremony Ashley facilitated a movement based ritual for all the women who came to the wedding. We all found release, a sense of community, and pleasure that enriched the days to come for our celebration.
Ashley also facilitated a blessing way for the birth of my first child. I remember each person was able to show up and share themselves in a very intimate way. This only happened because Ashley used her magic to create such a special, touching experience that fed me greatly.
Ashley is a priestess naturally. And I cannot recommend her and her work high enough. The spaces, containers, and rituals she creates nourish everyone that enters them. She is a blessing to my life and this planet!
— Sarah Enthrup, Clarivoyant Healer

For me, the post-retreat experience has illuminated for me the power of women, of a dharma communicated in such an earth-based way, and how deeply my well needed to be replenished, as I have been able to find wells of energy and devotion that I have felt so cut off from. I can’t quite explain how or why, but I know that being in the presence of extraordinary women, a powerful teacher, and fertile coastal land with practices that brought us more fully into ourselves, and our relationship to both form and space has been a tremendous gift.

I had never been to a Blessing Way, but knew that I wanted something other than a baby shower for this special transformative time.
There are not that many times in our lives that we as women have a chance to come together open and honest in celebration of womanhood, motherhood, sisterhood, and I craved this intention of support and love that I know we as women can hold for each other.
Ashley lead us in an open and intentional ceremony, that was catered to my wishes— to feel love and support from my friends and family, and to hold space for joy during this important phase of becoming a mother. Although many of my friends had never met, Ashley created an environment where we felt connected as women, and could openly share our feelings with each other. The intention was strong and the healing tangible. There was a sense of ease and fluidity that I know everyone felt. I felt nurtured and completely satisfied, ready to take on this next phase of my life. Ashley’s ability to create a space that was safe and open to share is a true gift. A true blessing way.
